Husky Helper is an experience designed for the Northeastern community and delivered through Amazon’s digital assistant Alexa and Amazon Echo devices. Taking information from partners across the university, Alexa delivers answers to your frequently asked questions whenever and wherever you are!

Husky Helper is loaded with information from a variety of Northeastern sources and offices. You can even ask it for information about scheduled university programs and athletic events! Later this Fall, students will be able to login to the Amazon skill with their myNortheastern username and password for information that’s even more tailored and personalized to them.
